WHO I AM
I'm Lauren and I specialise in marketing for small businesses.
Running a small business is a full-time job. You want to be concentrating on what you do best and what you set out to do in the first place. But there are so many other things to think about – the accounts, the networking, not to mention the marketing!
I will take the day-to-day marketing off your hands, so you are free to concentrate on making your customers happy and building your business.
I have 10 years of experience in Marketing and years of experience in Digital Marketing Services. I have a wide range of experience across the Marketing Mix, a CIM accredited Professional Certificate in Marketing and a degree in Psychology.

Create your Social Media accounts and set up relevant pages and manage how these work for you, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter
Draft your blogs or your pieces for all your Social Media accounts; if you are short of time (and I imagine you are) we can speak on the phone each week or each month where you bring me up to date
Update your website with new content and blogs
Post relevant content on all your Social Media accounts
Run your email newsletters and campaigns
Setup or maintain your Marketing Database - called a Customer Relationship Management System; I will update your database with all your new contacts - just take a photo of any business cards you pick up and Whatsapp them to me and I will keep your CRM database up to date
Check the content on your website works for you by performing Search Engine Optimisation to make you more Google-friendly
Manage your Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising campaigns
All of this will help to raise the awareness of your business and turn leads into prospects. Then you can work your sales magic to turn prospects into customers.
I work on an hourly rate and can do as little or as much as you need me to do. Or we can agree on a set amount each month.
